Fischer Nasal Rasp

A common difficulty for cosmetic surgeons, when dealing with rhinoplasty, is the achievement of a straight junction plane between the nasal bone and the superior lateral cartilage.  

Fischer's Nasal Rasp hones the surgeon's skills by shaving off slivers as small as one tenth of a millimeter of bony septum and superior lateral cartilage.

The interchangeable blade is corrosion proof and provides sharp, long-lasting performance.  The most popular instrument has a half length blade measuring 7.7cm x 8mm.  The total length of the instrument is 15cm.  

In the case of small humps on the nasal dorsum, after the routine surgical approach of elevating the periosteum, the hump is gently shaved off, stroke after stroke.
